RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from REDLINE Fitness Games. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.


REFUNDS

You have [number of days, e.g., 30 days] to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

MERCHANDISE REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EQUIPMENT REFUNDS

Equipment returns will be subject to a restocking fee of [percentage, e.g., 15%] of the original purchase price. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be credited to your original payment method.
